Stan Forward Mentoring Inc.
SFMI is an independent community-based organization collaborating with local and national institutions to enhance economic development through access to job training and career opportunities within the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area.
We are a nonprofit organization working to provide information and mentorship to connect young adults with vocational training and jobs focusing on pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeship readiness services, and career opportunities. Our focus is on recruitment, acting as intermediaries between employers, program sponsors, vocational and traditional educational institutions, and young adults, primarily between the ages of 16 to 28.
Stand Forward Mentoring Inc. aims to attract and match as many people as possible to a skilled trade.
